Wedding Stationery FAQs
Q. How do we get the photos to you?
Once you place your order, we will set up a gallery for you on our stationery site where you will be able to upload photos of your guests as you get them. You can pull photos from facebook, instagram or elsewhere online. You can alternatively ask your guests to each send you a selfie by a certain date. You can then upload the selfies to our stationery site as you receive them. The photos do not have to be high quality but please do bear in mind that the better the photos, the better the caricature will be.
Q. How does payment work? Do I pay the full amount when I place the order?
We take a 40% deposit for orders under £150. For orders over £150, we take a 20% deposit. We will email you an invoice for the deposit which upon payment will confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid when all the work is completed.
Q. How long does it take to complete an order?
In an ideal world we would like to have at the least 6 weeks to plan and complete your order. We do however advise that you place your order as soon as possible to secure your slot. We do currently have just 1 artist doing all the drawings so there is a limitation on the number of orders we can take on.
Q. When will everything be delivered?
We aim to have everything completed and ready to post 8 days before the event when possible. This means thats everything will be at your doorstep 5 – 7 days before the event. For deliveries outside of the UK, We will aim to complete everything 21 days before the event when possible to give us enough time to get everything to you at least 10 – 14 days before the event. If you need your items to be delivered earlier, please let us know when you place your order.
Q. Will my guests be offended?
Our caricature stationery are quite subtle in terms of exaggeration because we want your guests to enjoy their drawing. You could say our drawings for the stationery are more cartoon than caricature. You also get to see the caricatures before we print and post them.
Q. How big are place cards?
The caricature place cards are drawn and printed at 6"x4" size which is 150mm x 100mm
Q. How big are the seating plans?
The size of the seating plan will depend on the number of guests and the type of seating plan. For example, a seating plan with just a couple full body caricature in the middle and 80 guest names around them will be printed at approximately 700mm X 500mm. A seating plan with caricatures of all 80 guests arranged around 8 circular tables will be printed at around 1000mm X 700mm
Q. Is there a minimum number of guests for place cards, seating plan and guestbooks?
There is no minimum order for place cards.

Q. Do you offer any discount for large orders?
In additional to the standard wedding show discount that is already applied, you will also get a quantity discount on some of our services. As you will be able to see on our pricelist, the more you order, the less you pay per item. The price
Q. What are the seating plans printed on?
Seating plans can be printed on 5mm Foamex board.
Q. Can you frame for the seating plan?
We offer classic wooden frames for paper prints but we do recommend that you wait until the seating plan is finished before deciding on a frame.

How the guests keep the drawings or do they have to pay?
When you book me, you pay for the time that i'm at your event and all the drawings I do in that time are free for your guests.
How do payments work?
You pay a 20% Deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day or by bank transfer or card 3 days before the event.
How much time do you need to set up?
10 minutes
How far can you travel?
Anywhere in the world subject to availability.
Do you need specific equipment or conditions to offer your service?
If I'm just walking around and drawing, I just need the room or space to have enough light.
If working from a seated station, I will require 3 chairs and light in the room.
