Place Cards & Seating Plans
Looking for something unique for your event? Michael's award-winning caricature stationery is hand-drawn from photos and delivered to you before the event. You can order caricature place cards that double as wedding favours, or seating plans that are sure to get everyone talking. For a standout touch, Michael also creates life-size cardboard cutouts that make fantastic welcome signs for any type of event.
How Does It Work?
Q. How do we get the photos to you?

Once you place your order, we will set up a gallery for you on our stationery site where you will be able to upload photos of your guests as you get them. You can pull photos from social media or you can ask your guests to each send you a selfie by a certain date. You can then upload the selfies to our stationery site as you receive them.
Q. How does payment work?

We take a 20% deposit. Michael will email you an invoice for the deposit which upon payment will confirm your order. The remaining balance is paid when all the work is completed.
Q. How long does it take to complete an order?

The standard turnaround time is 6 weeks but Michael may be able to fit in an order at short notice subject to availability. Please bear in mind that you will need to allocate additional time to get photos together and upload to your gallery. It is also worth noting that Michael is a one man drawing team so there is a limitation on the number of orders he can take on each month. You are advised to place your order as soon as possible to secure your booking.
Q. Do we get to see the caricatures before they are printed and posted to us?

Yes, When the artwork is completed, Michael will send over a folder containing all the caricatures so you can go through and make sure everything is all okay. You may request some tweaks to the artwork which Michael will make without charge in most cases. There are some situations where particular changes might be chargeable and these are explained fully in the ‘Artwork Terms and Conditions’. 98% of changes that are requested are done without any additional charge.
Q. Can we get digital copies of all the caricatures?

Yes, once the artwork is completed and approved by you, Michael will send you a folder containing all the caricatures.
Q. Can you add some custom text or our event logo onto the place cards or seating plan?

Yes I can but there is a small fee for this
Q. When will everything be delivered?

Michael aims to have everything completed and ready to post 8 days before the event when possible. This allows him to get everything to your doorstep 5 – 7 days before the event. For deliveries outside of the UK, Michael will aim to get everything to you at least 10 – 14 days before the event. If you need your items to be delivered earlier, please let us know when you place your order. Michael can deliver the items to your address or to your venue.
